Basic communication
In my new chapter (including a video), I use Arduinos to show how simple communication between microcontrollers can be established. I use knocks and morse code to wirelessly transmit messages between microcontrollers.

2nd video about the LED matrix
My second video about an LED matrix shows the boards that I have made with my sponsor NextPCB in detail. In this chapter, there is now the download package available that includes the KiCad and Gerber files as well as the software examples. With that you can order the boards and start your own experiments.

Video on LED matrix
In cooperation with NextPCB, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, I created a video on how an LED matrix works. This continues my series on "Physical Computing". A second video, that will present the circuit boards, that origin from my cooperation with NextPCB in detail, will follow, soon.

Direct granules printer version 2
Short before this year's Hackaday Prize was ending, I got a new version of my direct granules 3D printer up and running. You can see the current stage of development including a video in the new chapter about extruder V2.
Adjustable joints
My new series about "Machine elements" starts with the chapter about adjustable joints.

Remote controlled Raspberry HQ camera
I have purchased two of the brand new Raspberry Pi HQ camera modules including lenses to give you a hand on these gadgets via remote control in my RoboSpatium. In the chapter with the build instruction you can watch my video about that project.

Amplifying digital signals with ICs
How to amplify digital signals and so how to switch loads with GPIOs using Integrated Circuit chips including example circuits is shown in my latest chapter about "Physical Computing".
P-channel MOSFET
After talking about N-channel MOSFETs, the new chapter in my series about "Physical Computing" describes how to switch loads with P-channel MOSFETs.

Happy Easter holidays!
You can hunt for Easter eggs in my RoboSpatium for the first time. The event takes place on April 12 + 13, 2020 for a couple of hours each day. If you'd like to participate in the exploration, you must enter my RoboSpatium and drive Rover number 17.
Have fun!

Switching loads through N-channel MOSFET
I have added a chapter about switching loads with a N-channel MOSFET to my "Physical Computing" series. With that, you can learn how to shift the limits of GPIOs in order to control high loads with your Raspberry Pi or Arduino.

Parts for Rover R15 arrived
The parts for my next Rover project have arrived. It is a project with multiple sponsors being involved:
The vehicle will be based on a so called "hover or balance board" that I got from Gearbest.com.
The electronic components needed to turn the board into a remote controlled vehicle are from RS-Components.
I got the filements needed to print the mechanics from Clemens Mayer (mayermakes.at), with the words "make something". That something will become my largest Rover so far, suitable for outdoor missions so that the sphere of influence of my RoboSpatiums will grow.
I got a pi-top[4]
The developers of the pi-top company asked if i'd like to start a project with their latest product, the pi-top[4]. My idea to create another Rover for my RoboSpatium was accepted and so the package entered my workshop a couple of days later. The Rover isn't finished yet, but I'd like to give you a first look on the pi-top[4].

My first resin printer has arrived in my workshop
With the Longer Orange 10 I got my first DLP printer. This printing technique hardens resin selectively through UV light. Details about the working principle are available on my Orange 10 review page.
