So if I drop "encrypted-message.zip" file into /decrypt it works. well I am using a different display so the text strolls off the edge. Anyway, I am all set. Thanks boss.
Me: Good to know you made it!

I printed out the bytes of the encrypted msg and manually put them in a file. I saved the file to the /decrypt directory. The msg from USB-transfer was: "OpenDir=_
/home/jrm/SecureTextTermianl-V2/decrypt/
Empty buffer....nothing in buffer.
I am looking at the USB-transfer C code but nothing is jumping out at me as far as being a solution. Do you have any ideas? Thanks
Me: Do you see the USB of the Arduino on your PC as:
/dev/ttyACM0
and does no other programm (e.g. the Arduino IDE) access that interface?

Hello Norbert,
I am going through the code on this secure comm. terminal and after encrypting my message. I delete
the original message, then decrypt it to get back the original. Yes, I know I am a skeptic :) Works good.
Could not find a ps2 keyboard laying around, maybe make a reduced size keyboard out of miniature momentary contact switches.
Thanks
Joe
Me: The code I write is usually quick & dirty, so a certain portion of skepticism is advisable, good to see it works on your computing device, too!
A tiny keyboard build from scratch is on top of the list of upgrades for the next version.
Thanks for your feedback
