Ich bedanke mich für eine fundierte Beschreibung und Beurteilung des Druckers. In absehbarer Zeit wird ein A5 bei mir eintreffen. Eigentlich habe ich ihn ohnehin mit dem Hintergedanken bestellt, "vor dem Gebrauch" die Qualität der beweglichen Mechanik zu überarbeiten und mir ist schon viel geholfen, wenn die Elektrik/Elektronik brauchbar ist und der Grundaufbau.
Man kann eben nicht zu den aufgerufenen Preisen erwarten, dass alles perfekt ist.

Me: Der A5 ist jetzt nicht so der Klassiker zum Rumbasteln, aber irgend etwas gibt's wie von dir angemerkt in dieser Preisklasse immer zu verbessern.

Hi it's me again, on your video it's at 8.05 minutes, u call it Y axis , how do i get to those bearings as u did ... I see that the heating bed comes off with it
Me: You must open the Box on the bottom to get the heated bed and so the bearings removed.

Hey Norbert,
I dissasembled the printer again and found where the 2cm screw has to go, lol... it was one of motors in the Y axis, now i've got just one problem left , Z axis metal bearings to Igus one's ... how the heck do i do that? I dissasembled it took the lcd cover off, i see the guts of the printer but dont know how to get the metal bars out to change them... any help?

Hello Norbert,
I managed to replace the Y and the X axis bearing with Igus drylin one's, Just one problem though, i've got one long screw about 2CM long left and i dont know where i took that one out...
Me: Well done! I guess the left over screw the one that touches the end switch of the Z axis.

I need to replace the X axis bearings on my JG aurora a3s because the lower one broke down on me, all the balls came out... ,
Is there a way u can give me directions how to replace it?

Me: Try to disassemble all parts you can and make pictures of where you have problems. Sorry, but I have definitely no time to do a complete description of all steps of the disassembly.

hallo wie ist das mit abs drucken hab gelesen das da was wegschmoren soll
Me: Die Gefahr des Wegschmorens sehe ich bei einem Drucker, der überwiegend aus Metall aufgebaut ist nicht so wirklich. Das Problem ist, dass das Druckbett nur bis 90°C beheizt werden kann und für etwas größere Teile aus ABS darf es da schon 100°C sein, da dieses Material beim Abkühlen sehr stark schrumpft (Stichwort "Warping"). Diesbezüglich geht der ähnlich gebaute i3 Mega bis 100°C und ist daher besser für ABS geeignet.
