I just want to say thank you so much for making these videos and simulation. I've been searching like this for so many years, and I'm so happy that you've made it.
So many explanations for semiconductor devices online and in textbooks are very hard to understand and get an intuition from. Even other hand-made animations that aren't based on a simulation hide many of the effects that are happening.
