hello, I am wondering what would happen to voltage drop of the capacitor if I apply +,- square input. For example +5V for some period and suddenly change it to -5V, will it be act like just same as 10V square input?

Me: Looks like you just want to change the reference point of your voltage measurement. If that reference point in e.g. figure 7 is not GND but +5V, the square voltage jumps from -5V to +5V. That would of course not change the charge/discharge curves across the capacitor. Short answer: Yes it would act the same.
