Actually, an Arduino Uno only draws 40mA during Boot, otherwise it draws only 25mA for idle operations(no peripherals or Serial Communication).
Me: The boot time of an Arduino is negligible. The 40mA were recorded in my video about the Arduino Uno in idle mode. You can reduce the clock speed to reduce the current drawn by the Arduino.
